The dysfunctional alignment with Sandy has been one of the least spoken about issues regarding development.

Stats are misleading. I have seen passage where 3 players handball in circles until they get clear... Clocking up 3 or 4 disposals just there.

Not all Sandys fault either! The way we organise our players at VFL level, reflects directly in what happens at AFL (especially for young players). For anyone that says fixing our sh*t at the VFL and rewarding VFL form isn’t important:
