Probably didn't do enough, but wasn't as outright bad as Newnes and Sinclair in recent games..especially last week.

Fair omission.
Barring Jack Newnes I don't think theres anyone who has kept their spot consistently without the performanceNot compared to pretty much the rest of the team that have kept their spot this entire dismal year.

Selection committee is a chook raffle.Drop that ******* Richardson.
Not unexpected, in the cold harsh world of AFL he's a delist for me.
Care to elaborate as to the reasons?
Freeman will be re-contracted , if has his body right next year he will be a big surprise - cant expect to much now when he has to under go a shoulder operation - one spot on the list is no problem , compared the guys we have / class ball user and gets a lot of itIn reality, he's only played 2 senior games in 5 years. Pretty much a mature age recruit. Long way to go IMO.
If he was coming back after 50 games then different story, but he's missed too much football.
He's lost his speed, which was his weapon. If he can't get that back then he becomes just another mid competing against 1000 other mids.
That said, I hope he gets an extra year.
I'd probably keep when you look at the others OOCNot unexpected, in the cold harsh world of AFL he's a delist for me.
we have had him for 2 years , he has just managed a game after overcoming injury , will only improve and after putting up with him through injury we then get rid of him / what a joke - while we still have complete spuds on the list like Weller , Wright - get realNot unexpected, in the cold harsh world of AFL he's a delist for me.
so truehas to get another year. otherwise, the last 3 years were a waste, especially considering he's/we've finally got him on the park. we all knew we'd be playing the long game with him
seriously, I don't get the rational behind delisting him. why? so we can replace him with a pick 70 that won't get a game and be delisted in 3 years?
makes no sense. he'll get another year. he has to
So you just didn't read the previous ten posts? So he's dropped after two games. FMD.
He's been managed - pretty damn cautiously, his entire time at the saints.
Even last week he only played 55% game time.
Perhaps this is just us being cautious. He's achieved his dream, kicked a goal and likely has a spot for next year sewn up.
I'm just as disappointed but if he's here next year then the last two games are largely irrelevant. Perhaps his shoulder is sore, no need to risk him.
And if he isn't here next year then what's the point of playing him.
I'm hopeful this thread has a few years to run yet though.
