Hine wouldn't have been. He said on more than one occasion that there was a clear separation between the top 10 and the rest.

So going what Hine Said these Guys where not even in the Same Class as Freeman and Scharaberg?

Sheed only fell because of his Injury. If he was not Injured he would of gone lot Higher

I know it's only a training drill but watch that latest CTV footage of training, there is a moment in congestion where he gets the ball and exellerates for a few steps before handballing it off. He has serious explosive pace and it really stood out to me.

There is also one of him trying to bust through Grundy who then proceeds to rag doll him lmao, the kid gets up with a big ginger grin and seems to enjoy it!

Edit : Actually waatching it again he tries to tackle grundy then gets rag dolled / pushed off. haha.

Grundy is a seriously heavy unit and a smouldering volcano once he gets over that white line (or even when he's crossing it as Mumford found out lol).

We haven't had a ruckman with that smouldering menace since Monky hung the boots up, not to say its going to happen but with his tools, his attitude to training and his willingness (there's an understatment) to mix it up he could make last years 7 games look like a training drill.

Many a slip twixt the cup and the lip but my oh my he has serious potential.

Lol 1.20 min of this video-maxy pushing Grundy.

Grundy doesn't move and is like... Wtf?? Hilarious

Yeah, Grundy did not even turn his head. It was like hitting a Brick Wall:)

I love that. Pops up with a shit eating grin. Gets completely rag dolled but obviously has an appetite for the contact. That's important. Good signs.

Well with Scharenberg going in for Surgery and be out 1st Half of the Season.

The spotlight will be well on Freeman as our other Top 10 Pick.

So hopefully we get to see him next week in the NAB Cup game vs Cats down at Kardina Park

I really doubt he will play against the Cats seeing that he didn't play in the intra club match.

I think we are taking it very slowly and carefully with our first year recuits.

Well we don't know why he did not play in the Intra-Club.

We can't be sure if he can or can not play in Intra-Club.

He could be more likely to play in the 1st Pre-Season game as he missed the Intra Club.

I don't see any reason why he wouldn't play in the intra club match unless he had a niggle

I believe Bucks mentioned in an interview the balancing act of giving new players game time and also allowing established players the same. Thanks to those niggling injuries that sidelined most of our draft picks from last off season we are still 'debuting' players from there.

We had a bunch of VFL players playing so I don't think he'd be taking away game time from anyone important by playing

That is what I was saying. If he does not have a Niggle then I can't see why he can't play next week

He should play plenty of senior footy this year, already bigger than JT.

Needs to be able to cover the field for a whole game, so will depend on his fitness. Could be eased in as a sub.
Understood and agree would be good for his body easing him in through sub Spicey.

I do like the idea, however of letting him find his feet (lterally and figuratively) in the magoos. It will build his confidence in both his feet and football, and confidence in both will have been a little weakened by the time he comes through the op and starts rehab. Far better to give him his head in the magoos and build his body and confidence up to peak levels so he demands selection on sheer merit rather than to risk him overreaching himself.

Really Hope he plays next Wednesday.

Just love to see what he got. As he has the Leg Speed and Power which are very exciting combo in a Player
