Spot on

Profit?

So u obv watched none of the videos either.

Ur diagram is right, but to get the body to a point where the liver and kidneys can work, detox and clean the body to their fullest potential does take some time, know-how and work. There's lots of people in the world that have poor kidney filtration, abused livers, etc. There's lots of people suffering that have gone to ur typical doctors for years, only to still be suffering.

Some people need to take extra steps.

Did any of u perfectly healthy experts actually watch any of the vids?

With all these things you do and the rigid diet rules you follow, I sincerely hope you are ripped to shreds with perfect health. :)

i have a hereditary kidney disease (glomerulonephritis) which was diagnosed in my late teens. i was advised to follow a healthy diet lifestyle which i did not do for roughly 10 years. during this time i went to regular (and still do) out patient renal clinic appointments for comprehensive blood/urine/biopsy results.

i was advised that if i kept going the way i was going that i would be on dialysis within a relatively short amount of time, i heeded that warning and have given up alcohol except on the very rare occasion where i would have 1 or 2 at the most eg. weddings etc. i also eat a hell of a lot healthier in that i follow a moderate but not fanatical LCHF lifestyle.

my latest results are that i have 40% kidney function and i have been steady at that rate for a while. i have recently gone off blood pressure, cholesterol and gout medication which i wholly put down to my dietary choices. i did this under partial doctor supervision for the blood pressure and without for the cholesterol and gout, the success of this has been confirmed through multiple test results.

enough of the rant, in short, IMO your kidneys/liver will do their job in a far more efficient manner and last longer if you don't overwork them by ingesting s**t food and liquids.

the quick fix detox stuff though is a load of cods wallop IMO.

I've never recommend any quick fix detox stuff, tho. Go on raw plant foods for a month, it can be tough, but I dare ya. Best time of the year to do it, too.

And Bazzar, it wasn't long ago that u were crying about some experienced doctor getting cut down because he didn't have the credentials, etc.

yep, i knew that, i was assuming you where saying that if you eat/drink *healthy your kidneys would work at their optimal level for you taking into account your particular circumstances. i already eat a hell of a lot of fruit and greens although not enough vegetables. potassium and protein levels are of concern to me because of my nephritis.

i could go for the vegan lifestyle on a trial basis if i was in an only care for myself situation ie. i am married and am very close and socialise a lot with our kids and grand kids who are not into the vegan option although my daughter was a vegan for a few years for animal welfare reasons not health, she has waned and now eats dairy and chicken occasionally.

* what is "healthy" is up for debate particularly on this board.:);)

Some of these people preaching this stuff in these videos look like aids patients
Skin and bones with absolutely no muscle or fat what so ever

Pass
All extremely healthy actually...well maybe not John Bergman so much, I think he enjoys his bread n butter.
And they're not body builders either, they do have very efficient bodies, tho.

Lets leave the word "vegan" away from this, but yeah, go "raw plant based" for one month, as an experiment. I've done it - felt amazing. It can be a challenge, tho, so u have to commit. If u have foods other that raw plant foods in the house it is more of a challenge to stick to.

I hope u can give it a crack one day, I know the results would be positive.

But yeah with a mainly whole foods diet u can't go too wrong.

Yes
They look 'extremely' healthy

Gaunt would be a word that Springs to mind
Each to their own i guess
It can look a bit like that, no doubt, especially in the face.

But have a look at Loren Lockman here at the age of 55 (I think), his body looks young at works extremely efficiently.

And Dr Robert Cassar looks similar, but he's a bit shorter and has a more defined six-pack.

And remember.. they're not body builders, just simple exercises and yoga, etc.
