I've got some questions Crow number four:

What about all the players (pretty much every player worth drafting) that cover more than one era? Can players be drafted more than once? Is it the era in which the player debuted or when he was at his peak? If it's the latter then how do we define that? Etc.

Nup, players can only be picked in one era. And which ever era he's picked in, he's picked based on his best years. For example, MJ can be picked in the 1983 to 1991 era based on his 95-96 form.

It's just someone you can consult with on your picks. jod23 did it for me with the last draft game and I found him very useful especially if you're tossing up between 2 players. They can even take your picks for you if you can't be online.
