What teams need a good 3 man, or a small 4?

He would go very well in the Spurs system, unfortunately I dont think we have the chips to land him.

I meant he actually had 5 steals within 3 minutes - i.e. he had 1 to start the 4th, then I looked at the 9 minute mark and he already had 6.
