My boy Iverson...back to his best. 30 points, 9-19 @ 47%. 9-10 FT, 9 assists, 7 boards, 2 steals

Yes, but they haven't been at their best as of late. Losses to Charlotte and Atlanta?

Marco Bellinelli has made 2 30 foot 3-pointers this qtr

I've got huge wraps on that kid, as long as he can stay there mentally.

Brings a lot of unexpected european toughness.

ps was great to see Calderon stand up to Garnett and jaw back at him.

And he managed to keep the always dangerous Beno Udrih to a meagre 18 points! ;)
They got the win :thumbsu:

Nice attempt, like that you have Booz in the First Team.

Kirilienko has really come out strong this year, hope he gets the 6th man award and would love Sloan to get coach of the year.....

I would consider Milsap a small chance to get MIP(might be a bit biased;)) if he continues how he has been doing, rate him very high.

No TC(tyson chandler) love, i would consider him close for the 3rd team but thats just MO.

tc third team = youve got to be kidding

all his points are paul alleyoops

decent enough player, not close to any all nba teams

I think you forgot a Dual MVP that plays as a forward...carries his team...figured it out?

Odom will be either 1 or 2 in 6th Man

JJ is good...but not 3rd in MVP voting good

Biedrins would go close for MIP. 2nd in the league for Rebounds, over 13 a game. Was under 10 last year, Also increased scoring by a couple of points a game. FT% is getting better

Pau is playing better than Yao, and will consistently play better. Yao will have his periods of like 20/15, but then will drop off like atm to like 15/8.

David West going along nicely. Doesn't get noticed, but would be 3rd Team standard. Same with Calderon. The Toronto guys don't get noticed..especially Calderon

Duncan is, and plays as, a centre ;)

But yeah, he should definitely be in the first couple.

Also, having Kobe as the MVP favourite is a joke. 1 undeserved MVP award is enough, surely.

This year it is Paul v LeBron

That's what it should have been last year too.

If voting was to take place right now though, I'd say Joe Johnson would win. Paul hasn't been as good as last year, actually, I don't think.
Except breaking records for Double Doubles. :p

After this week...LeBron will move to #1. Averaged 37.5 points this week. Cavs went 4-0. Nearly 9 Boards. 6 assists. 1 block. 2 steals

odom's been very good for us so far. hope he embraces the role and isnt moved during the season. being the go to man for the second unit suits him. he gets shots, not all the attention and can dominate.

biedrins - very good if not awesome 2 seasons ago, then dropped off last year. dominating the boards for the warriors (who else is gonna rebound?) certainly a candidate for mip.

pau gasol, very nice work. doesnt do the flashy stuff so probably doesnt get noticed as much. similar to david west (the most underrated player in the comp IMO). small for a PF but is so proficient, hits the Js and grabs enough boards (around 9 a game). moves along quietly he does.

agree with calderon. bugger all turnovers, makes the right plays and hits shots.
