Those LP games rip through your internet quota so be careful...
Yeah, they range from 0.5 - 1MB/s ay..even if you get a good stream online through Sopcast they will be around 600-750. So it isn't that big a difference if you are gonna stream anyway

No idea. Im in Perth, our broadband is shockingly slow.
goto Speedtest.net and post your results. I'm getting 8500-9500 d/l, and I get a pretty quick load and smooth play of the games

sblack, do you know if you can have more then one user at a time whens its passes November 11th on the International LP?

I asked the 'Live Help' assistant on the ILP site, and they said no, the account cannot be used twice. But in saying that, I don't think the account would be any different than the one were using, as it is still and NBA All Access account, just with a League Pass attatched, so I don't know if it would be any different. They may take extra monitoring when they are actualy getting paid for it though.

Has anybody had a LP before and been able to share it, or has used someone else's at the same time

Ahhh i see. You also might be right how it wouldn't really change to the one were using now. I'll try investigate because if the stream games are going to be that quality all season i might as we ll watch live scoreboard.

Nice work. Seems pretty fine. I would be up for it if we can get some people in. Its $85 if we get the early bird 15% off

As one of them said, i'm pretty sure they use Geographical location when in the US, so they can block out games that are on local TV. But here, all the game are the same on the same channel. Unless they track down every IP address that connects, locates it, and figures out they are not in the same location, multiply that by 1000's all over the world...ut would be pretty hard. I would imagine it would see an Australian IP and say, OK, and let it in

I know its hoopsworld but its a rumour/tentative agreement apparently:

Report: Nuggets deal Iverson to Pistons for Billups
Source: http://www.hoopsworld.com/TheWireStory.asp?id=13130

DETROIT (Ticker) -- Allen Iverson apparently is headed from the Mile High City to Motown.

The Denver Nuggets have reached a tentative agreement to trade Iverson to the Detroit Pistons for Chauncey Billups and Antonio McDyess, according to a report posted Monday morning by Detroit-based web site MLive.com.

Neither team commented on the report when contacted by PA SportsTicker.

Iverson, a four-time league scoring champion and nine-time All-Star, would join a Pistons team that has lost in the Eastern Conference Finals each of the last three seasons.

The 33-year-old Iverson has spent parts of the last three seasons in Denver since being acquired in a blockbuster deal with the Philadelphia 76ers in December 2006.

Billups, 32, has been a key member of a Detroit franchise that won the NBA title in 2004 and has advanced at least as far as the Eastern Conference Finals each of the last six seasons.

McDyess, 34, began his 13-year career with the Nuggets and has spent the last four-plus seasons with the Pistons.

No.. I will not accept that. I was crushed when AI was pretty much in a Piston uniform, and him going there again...unthinkable. I hate Detroit so much

If Denver want I Point Guard, I will give Miller back.

Wow, another really good trade for both teams (following the Ford-O'Neal deal).

Billups will be much better for Denver than Iverson was, and I think we'll finally see Carmelo get back to the level he was approaching before Iverson derailed him. With Billups, they could jump ahead of teams like Dallas and Phx, for example.

Meanwhile, Iverson lands back on a team that will surround him with players who play great D and don't need the ball - you know, like the Larry Brown 76ers. I still don't think you can win with Iverson, especially now that he's noticeably declined, but even in the worst case scenario, Detroit just got a 20M expiring contract, and still have a solid nucleus regardless.

I love it when the system works :thumbsu:

You're kidding yourself if you think Billups and Mac D makes Denver better than Phoenix. They would be just ahead of Dallas.

McDyess has nothing to do with it.

In a Denver-Phx playoff series, if you look at the match-ups, Denver would certainly be favourite. Billups owns Nash, K-Mart is just about the perfect defender for Amare, and Nene is strong enough to keep Shaq relatively ineffective.

did u just say billups owns nash........

match-up wise, yeah. Nash has always had a lot of trouble against big, physical guards.

Fwiw, they've had 5 match-ups since Nash moved to Phx, and these are the numbers:

Billups (14 pts 11 assists) vs. Nash (11 pts 6 assists)
Billups (32 pts 6 assists) vs. Nash (23 pts 9 assists)
Billups (27 pts 11 assists) vs. Nash (18 pts 8 assists)
Billups (35 pts 5 assists) vs. Nash (13 pts 9 assists)
Billups (17 pts 6 assists) vs. Nash (16 pts 14 assists)

So yeah, I'd say that's fairly comprehensive ownage.

Hahaha. K-Mart wouldn't hold STAT to anything less than 25ppg for a series.

Nene strong enough? No. Nene smart enough? No.

Billups has always troubled Nash, but it's not exactly like Nash has been unable to be effective.

Phoenix would win the series at worst 4-2.

Your meaning of ownage is very weird then.

Ray Charles knows that Phoenix is a far better outfit when Nash is distrubuting rather than scoring.

So you'd agree that him not cracking 10 assists in any of the last 4 games is disappointing, given he's averaged 10-11 assists.

And I'm pretty sure Pistons have a very good record against the Suns in that period.

Not to mention that on the other end Billups toys with him, doubling his season average in a couple of cases.

Look, Nash is the better player, but the NBA is all about match-ups.

Some ripper games on today, Celtics v Rockets is very hard to pick a winner.

My useless pick are:
Phoenix v New Jersey - Phoenix by 13 points
Boston v Houston - Houston by 5 points
Dallas v San Antonio - Dallas by 3 points

Doubt I will get any of them right.
