The stats on the NEAFL site don't have them but I know the CD ones do have them. Must be some copyright issues?Banana benders, greetings from Mexico......
who can tell me where we find NEAFL clearances nowadays. In the past they were noted on the Canberra AFL website but not any more.
Thanks Grim....if you want to know then you ask the "Rainman" - in the nicest possible way !!The stats on the NEAFL site don't have them but I know the CD ones do have them. Must be some copyright issues?
Predictions for upcoming season?
Probably not far off, GWS clear minor premiers, then r*ped by late season injuries to the firsts, fall in an elimination finalGiants to win the home and away component before surrendering it to the NT Thunder. Better question is whether the Canberra Demons (renamed Eastlake) will get off the bottom of the ladder. With some integration of former Ainslie players I wonder if cultural issues will get in the way.

From what I saw of the Lions and Suns last year (and, yes, who cares anyway ???) they might be the wooden spooners this year.
It's funny Pea Nut, last year when I watched the NEAFL Lions, they were thin on numbers because of club injuries - Leigh Harding was the Key Man (and he is one of the coaches and well past it now) and they couldn't even put a full NEAFL team on the paddock, the bench looked like a warzone by three-quarter time.I watched Redlands easily get over the Lions 2's today, with the full complement of Senior Lions coaching staff all there watching on. The Lions had a lot of their highly touted rookies playing also. ...............
A good get if a club has finally pinned Clint Watts down...knows his stuff...charlesworth would be handy in any teamJames Charselworth a FIFO player for Redlands.
Qld hall of fame Clint Watts on the Redlands coaching staff.
Can Dogwarna confirm this ?
Clint Watts a handy asset, but must step up to plate and take on Senior Coaching in charge. Surely a QAFL club could do with him as Head Coach.A good get if a club has finally pinned Clint Watts down...knows his stuff...charlesworth would be handy in any team

Who do they have to get permission from??![]()
He was best on ground in the 2014 grand final for mineJed Turner cleared from Sydney Uni to Aspley. I saw him play a bit last season and he goes ok.

AC, I saw them last weekend vs Sydney Uni and I thought they were good - bit short on numbers but you don't draw too much from pre-season. I wondered how the new group would fit together and it seemed ok from the stand and from the huddle. The coach is an impressive sort of fella.Demons will give a lot of cheek this year. as a "new"club they are well aware they wont win the flag but already are much improved on 2015. Jack Baker Jordy Harper Nick Heyne and Sam Martin can all play. will be a difficult assignment at manuka.
