My Houlihan line deserves more credit.
In other words, 'look at me', 'look at me.'

The Houlihan is a girl thing is so yesterday C4. Do try and keep up.

Right, because judging by Saturday nights performance on the field... he sure grew balls overnight

Im a trend setter around here, you keep up !!
LOL. Nah, you're now just a big fish in a very small pond. ;)

Bourgeois perhaps?
That's what I was thinking until I looked it up. Bourgeois pretty much means middle class.

Bushwah stemmed from bourgeois but has taken on its own meaning:

bush·wa /ˈbʊʃwɑ, -wɔ/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[boosh-wah, -waw] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun rubbishy nonsense; baloney; bull: You'll hear a lot of boring bushwa about his mechanical skill.

Also, bushwah.

[Origin: 1915–20; perh. repr. bourgeois1, from its use in political rhetoric, the actual sense being lost; taken as euphemism for bullshit]

I know that bourgeois means middle-class, which is what I thought C4 was saying, with a very lower class spelling attempt :p

On behalf of BF I will reluctantly and begrudgingly put my hand up to personally check Juddy's groin and report back

And I shall be her assistant....;)

And I'll put my hand up to look after Twigley whilst you're minding Juddy.
C4 can have Houla and take him out before this week's game. ;)

See, it's a team effort. Feel the love!
Bexta, I'll trade you Juddy for Murph? :p:D

Oooh alright! But only if you throw in Jarrad ;)

Hey all, just a quick message to let you all know my opinion on groins. I am a Sports Physio, avid Carlton supporter and team physio for a TAC cup team and have had numerous experiences with treating overuse groin problems.

AFL is a very unique sport, it involves fast, quick, dynamic movements that dramatically load the pelvic and groin regions. In order to suficiently deal with these loads one must have excellent strength around their lumbopelvic area, adequate flexibility around the hips and excellent core stability. Additionally external factors such as training loads and gradual progression of running exercises need to be thoroughly monitored. traditionally GPS devices are used at training sessions at AFL clubs to monitor training load and distances covered in a certain period of time to monitor such loads. Also many clubs use perceived exertional scales on the players, where they are constantly asked questions on their pain levels, mood and general well being.

I beleive that Judd was run into the ground last year by West Coast! He should have been rested to allow him to get right for the finals. However his groin were pushed to the point where he would have developed substantial osteitis pubus and hence would have had many degenerative changes occuring within his pubic symphysis (joint that joints the two sides of your pelvis at the front) also, he would have had significant bone oedema or swelling at the origin of the adductor tendons. These problems take some time to settle even after surgery.

An adductor release basically reduces the tension or force transmitted from the adductor through to its bone attachment. Due to the sustained nature of his condition and west coast playing him when he was clearly struggling would further delay his resolution after the operation. I agree that it will still take another 2-3 months prior to him returning to full steam due to the condition that he would have been in prior to coming to Carlton.

i hope all of this makes sense.

Cheers:thumbsu:
Thank you for that excellent diagnosis and explanation ...could you please send the bill to ODN, as he is in charge of the board and all financial matters . :thumbsu:

Is it just me? Or does anyone else think Rebecca wouldn't mind the dynamic movements of Judd's pelvic region....
LMAO

Hey all, if you ever need an injury explained or an opinion on any matter relating to injuries and such, let me know. Of course I will not know the specifics of the players problems as I am not assessing it myself, but I am sure that I can help us all understand whats going on with a little more clarity.

GO BLUES!!!!:)
