Doubtful. He’s good at what he does and was good for us prior to this year.

Whatevee your thoughts are on him, he's failed in two key positions. Perhaps not the key to the problem at Windy Hill but I don't think he'd be putting his past two jobs on his resume.

I thought he was doing a good job at developing our younger players but then the club moved him to 'Game Peformance' and Worsfold's right hand man

Cmon MaddAdam, you know how the EFCC (Essendon Football Coterie Club) works better than anyone.

What "Essendon" people can do and get away with internally is completely different to the account "Outsiders" are held to internally.

This club needs a MASSIVE mirror and enema. Kinda like my club needed after 2015.

He was Worsfolds right hand man and basically the guy who runs the game style. Has been talk that his ego has got the better of him and he is the only one allowed to discuss tactics on game day to Worsfold and the other assistants have no input
