The club decided ""hey lets get more fit" this off season and proceeded to absolutely run themselves into the ground to the point where come Round 1, we were already a 100% spent force. Since then we have basically been playing on tired legs since

Theirs no effort because their is no energy to give any. 15 seconds into the 4th quarter you could have put your house on us losing by 100+ at that point and it was because we stopped to a stand still

Backroom staff need to be shown the door on Monday. Fitness/Medical the lot. Get some trainees in for the time being and sort it out before the pre season with some big big spending

We’d kill the cap. Then we’d lose MORE staff positions, things like trainers and physios.

I don’t think I’m overreacting here.

We are suffering from issues far worse than player injuries and performance.

There is rot and toxicity throughout each level of the footy club and it’s clearly impacting on the coach and players.

Easy to make points from the outside I know. The club has needed a clean out from above for years. Our list management has been woeful. For an incredibly wealthy club, our strength and conditioning has been a complete failure. Our AFL, WAFL teams are in absolute shambles. The entire organisation is in shambles and it’s clear it’s taking a huge toll on what’s left. There is no light at the end of the tunnel at this point in time.

I’m sure plenty of you have experienced similar workplaces as have I - it’s a bloody nightmare to be apart of.
