Seeing a couple nek nominations straggling on my facebook. Kind of sad to see these poor blokes who were obviously so keen for a nom desperately trying to drag its relevance out another week.

In Japan right now, we're playing a neknomination game where we buy each other a drink from the vending machines. So far we've done tomato Yakult, carbonated corn soup and sweet ginger ale. It's disgusting. Not quite the real thing but thought I'd share it anyway.

Few poms in my newsfeed have just gotten into the neknomination while back home.

Meanwhile Ross Cummins, 22, was found unconscious in a house in Dublin in the early hours of Saturday morning. Cummins was taken to hospital but was pronounced dead shortly afterwards, the Irish Mirror reported.

The paper said it was understood he may have been drinking spirits at the time of his death. A video posted to Cummins' Facebook page a week ago showed him taking part in Neknominate.

Hell of a necknom if it took a week to kill him.
