Yes, but don't forget it will be a fenced Oval with no Public access, the 2nd ground in about 10 years will be Open to the Public.
Brompton I am unsure, at this time as Have not seen the design but the room for at worse an Oval and a half. There talk about Public Access. But Unsure if they are talking about the main Oval.
Football Park 1 oval for 27 years, But full public Access when the crows are not using the ground from 2023.

Also, We will only choose Thebby If the Brompton site falls thru, and Thebby for the next 100+ years is better than Football Park for the next 27 years.

I am more optimistic
