I would prefer to get rid of Scott asap and give Crocker the job for the rest of the year. We performed pretty well when he took over a few years ago and you can bet he will bring back the shinboner spirit mantra.

As far as replacement coaches go Brendan Bolton seems to be going well. Could always give Crocker a full year next year if improvement this year in consistency is had. Most people see to think Cameron Ling is going to be a quality coach and Melbourne are already eyeing him off.

Lets face it this side hasnt improved in the last 3 years if anything we are more inconsistent than ever before. Its the coaches responsibility and no one else, we all know what the team is capable of.

I dont think the club will get rid of Scott though as his contract finishes at the end of 2016. They should have never given him a 4 year extension, he has never been a coach under pressure to get a new contract.

I think this loss more than any other, is the one that shows Brad Scott IS NOT the man to bring this team to the next level.

If Brad Scott cannot motivate a team that needed to win. To keep its top 4 aspirations alive. Against what is a bottom 3 team.

And north play like they are asleep. No hunger. No system. No killer instinct.

We played one quarter of football and lost by less than a goal. Had we had played with the intensity we showed in the last quarter all game, we would have won well.

Yes, is a top guy and loved by all. If a player is getting bagged in the media, he will come out and stick up for them.

But has he instilled the killer instinct into the team ? Do they honestly believe they should be top 4 ?

Like K Hinkley at Port ?

The answer is no.

I am very p1ssed off at the team today....A Black, L Adams, B McKenzie, M Firrito,

But I have also realised Brad Scott couldn't motivate this team to win against a bottom 3 side.

A team that had so much to play for, but yet ran around the park and looked disinterested, slow and wouldn't chase.

B Scott has had his chance, but he has failed. It is time someone else gets a chance, but that's not going to happen.....

Make me coach. I'll do it for free and the club can pay Scotts out. I'd set a few turkeys straight down at the NMFC. :stern look

Alright I've worked it out.

We would be a better side with this person in charge. :stern look

No way, I'll do it, I would have the smarts to put Jacobs on a lot earlier in wet conditions

Obviously with hindsight bringing Jacobs on too late was a stupid mistake but had Ziebs not come back on when Jacobs was activated it would have a been an even bigger disaster.

We should be throwing plenty at Worsefold. A great coach is available and it is time to get rid of the hack

Absolutely. I'd love to see us throw the kitchen sink and some at a quality proven coach like Worsefold. He would motivate the players and make the rough calls.

Ross Lyon, John Longmire, Alistair Clarkson.

I'd take any of them otherwise we stick with Scott. I don't want to just enter a lottery. Big fish or nothing.

Anyone here still think that Buckley is useless??

He was my 1st preference way back when.......but the trip with Brad has been acceptable, but during this time he hasn't set standards to the ilk of Lyon. His acceptance of mediocrity of some players doesn't wash with me.
