It strikes me as a good but not great Pats lineup.
It does feel a bit like we're going through the motions, looking like a good team but not a great team.
Agree with these two comments.
We have a "Geelong " feel about us , good at home winning what we should, beating the bottom tier sides on the road in the games that we should win, the game that matter are a bit of a struggle even when we do win, we are by no means convincing.
Get the felling we will make our way into the play off's but we just wont be able to match it with the best at the pointy end of the season.
From the get go this season what we did, or should I say who we acquired in the off season was about as bland as it can be. Clayborn and Patterson have been the good gets ,but other than that there have been no world beaters.
BB always bangs on about that the season doesn't really start in earnest until after Thanksgiving, thats when you set yourselves up for a run at the playoffs, so that time has now been and gone - lets see what we deliver.
We currently sit at 8 - 3.
All the remaining games are "winable" , however I cant see that happening.
Vikings at Home 50/50...........Good test for to show where we are at.
Fins Away 50/50....................These Guys always seem to make us look crappy when we play down there , should be a win , but no certainty.
Steelers Away L ......................We seem to play these F****** away every year .
Bills at Home W
Jets at Home W
Reckon we will finish the season 11 - 5 at worst and 12 - 4 at best.
That said BB has an uncanny knack of making something out of nothing, so there is still time for him to cast his magic over this roster and surprise us, again.
