Has anyone close to Springfield seen construction going on recently? If so, please confirm as I have heard a rumor that the project has hit another snag which could halt construction indefinately.

I have it on good authority from Jacob Anson that creek realignment and oval shaping are well ahead of planned construction for 2020.

I have it on an internal ICC Development section source that we are well on track.

Since development input was taken out of the hands of local Councillors, resulting in a once-off backlog, developments now are generally proceeding well. At least that's my understanding.

No real delays are anticipated with our new facilities although we should realise we are but part of a huge development phase now well underway in this area.
