Actually pretty neutral
Sure. But gold is a light colour too and that would be an obvious choice of colour for a clash guernsey for West Coast, Adelaide, Brisbane and Gold Coast. The only team who probably doesn't have any alternative but to wear white, even though it's not one of their official colours, is Melbourne.
Clubs have the option of using gold.
But remember, if Crows/Lions had a gold clash, they couldn't use it against the Eagles Tripanel home.
Also, for as long as Crows clash with Hawks (which in the real world they don't but in AFL-Land they do), a gold clash for the Crows won't be allowed in that game.
So they'd have to use a gold clash AND a white clash. And the Crows for one have stated they don't want three guernseys.

The clash is an improvement with the removal of yellow from the collar and most of the white from the wave but the logo looks ridiculously oversized. Will have to see what they look like in real life but the jumpers look as if they are going to be very tight.

Clash has not been finalised yet. Wont hear much about it until the start of the 2013 season

I think for consistency the Bombers should put their EFC logo on the back of the home jumper, instead of their current logo.

Have a modern logo on the back of a 100 year old jumper.
Have an old style EFC logo on the back of a 6 month old jumper.

Doesn't make much sense to me.

They can go **** themselves. I want a flag.
I want a flag too. Does everyone else want the flag as well?

But on a serious note RE 2ONE3, I think they may have set a goal too short in time for them to achieve.

And back to the actual topic, any word on the GC clash anyway? I hope it won't be white. Maybe blue with yellow?

Not sure if anyone remembers this.. But if 2007 (for memory) in a game between Geelong and Fremantle at Kardinia Park, Solomon elbowed ling in the face who received a broken jaw. After that "incident" a fight, or as B.T would say, a melee, broke out between several Geelong and Fremantle players. One of the Fremantle players, I think it was Longmuir had their jumper ripped off and he was wearing a bra. I didn't think players wore GPS's in 2007 so maybe it was a compression bra..?

Wait, I just found the video.
It looks like one of them sternum protectors?

OK, I took some photos of the clash yesterday at Rebel Sport. It doesn't look too bad close up, as the actual crows are quite visible. The problem with this is, during a game, it'll be almost impossible to see the "murder of crows", and thus it will look just like a bunch of paint splotches.

I just can't take to it, but I am a lover of traditional jumpers and this is very different, if the supporters like it good luck to them.

The main thing is they are not doing something like this to their home jumper.

Apparently it's not finalised yet and we won't hear anything about it until just before the season starts. Something with navy seems like a real possibility though.
