I definitely prefer the idea of using our traditional jumper in New Zealand over a complete different design. Although in hindsight, the 2013 jumper with the sort of watermarked design was a good trade off between tradition and blatant Melbourne cash grab.

I don't see the point of building a second brand in New Zealand. It'd be far better for new fans to be able to spot St Kilda jumpers in highlights videos and think "that's my team", than always wonder where their beloved shirt-and-ties were.

Actually pretty neutral
Why is this trend of logos above the numbers suddenly happening?
Scrap that rubbish.
That's the Umpire AFL logo - the AFL's country-wide umpiring program which helps convince everyone to call the sport "AFL" even when they're umpiring the Sturt District Under 9's comp, which is clearly NOT AFL but Australian Football.

I'm aware of what the logo is I'm just over having logos pop up above the numbers.
