Freo has finally ditched the generic ass 'Forever Freo' slogan for this year (it's now 'United By Purple' hmm) but it's now on the back of the jumper?

Also that Suns strip would look s**t no matter if it's for training or games. Charcoal is such a nothing colour and everyone's just going to associate it with the Giants. The Gold Coast need to be bright and unique, not dark. Knowing them and the AFL though, they would think adding grey side panels is an improvement... it actually looks somehow worse...
Charcoal worked out so well for Richmond with those terrible BLK jumpers. It was a great day for all jumper enthusiasts when the Puma guernsey was revealed a few years ago.

Under Armour maybe. They are sponsoring the AFL draft combine thing again.
Viva are a small Adelaide company. They probably can't afford to sponsor any AFL team, except maybe Gold Coast.
Macron possible, but unlikely.
Hummel has an almost nonexistent Australian division.
Rebel Sport has the rights to the Umbro brand, so possibly?
Classic Sportswear could probably sponsor someone.
Diadora only has a small presence in Australia, but possible.

Decent list, but too be honest I think Adidas have downgraded from their 2015/16 guernseys. Hopefully they have a different design next year, manufacturers do usually change the design every 2 years.

I watched the press conference before and noticed how the collar on the away guernsey was white whereas the away guernsey on the club website had a blue collar, which is a little interesting.

View attachment 584940 Nerds voice your opinions on this, left hand side of the new bounding roo guernsey north releases, note that it has the guernsey squares on it too. Saw this on an article on footylive app

Hopefully other clubs start to actually update their online stores and showcase their damn guernseys already. My craving for analysing and comparing the yearly guernseys is building up.

Both the official press release and also the Roo Shop (where Hall’s press conference was) show the bounding roo with a white collar.

However the online store shows a blue collar.

Hot take: bounding roo isn’t that good, and the old one was way better than this one. Thin cuffs and collar don’t look as good, same deal with the thin stripes. Should be 4 thick ones.

According to Lions_Insider there will be a new clash jumper for us in 2019
My tip is something like the AFLW clash:

Klim didn't you once find a way to find merch on team shops through poking around in inspect element?

The Nike version of the bounding roo was great because it was all so blocky – the up and down fit, the thick collars, the font. But this one looked good because it was pretty low key: the collar wasn't that noticeable so it was all about the actual design. I don't get the point of a white collar because it just introduces more cluttery colour and highlights a naff shape.

But anyway, who cares, they really haven't butchered it and it's a great jumper. As I think, imagine six or seven years ago we'd have this, the current Pies white and black jumper, the Eagles in their wings home and away, a Brisbane Bears jumper, easy and simple clash solutions everywhere...

Also on the website they dont have the little locker tag thingy on the jumper
