Clubs are still clawing back money lost to COVID, and will be for several more years. Even if it were temporary, the end will be a way off.

Cant see the AFL stepping in and saying you need to remove these sponsors, they are here to stay, like back sponsors in 1994 there was a couple of clubs not doing it, Geelong is all that is left now and personally I think everyday is one day closer to them announcing a sponsor.
