Who is the SOS at the Doggies? I like the way they’ve gone about it lately.
Sam Power.
Was at Carlton for 4 years before going to the Dogs 2 years ago

Thanks. They fell apart a bit after the flag but they’ve basically rebuilt a great young list in the space of 2-3 years. And without languishing at the bottom.Sam Power.

Ken Wood... ?We need somebody who understands how the system works and bends the rules
So David Walls, whom never played a game for Carlton .....I suggest someone who has never played for Carlton before. Then we can sharpen our axe if necessary, without emotion.

I feel that Bain could be good for intimidation factor during the trade period.
nah, he had questionable decision making skills and just lucky it fell his way in end but scary as **** what he was doing on the run.Kevin Costner's our man, got the American system down pat.
Think he is rooted to Geelong until he retires. What happened to wells.. is he available?
Huh? Hope you were just joking.A few names I was thinking about today as possible candidates:
Dean Laidley ~ is a great footy brain, been in the inner sanctum and has real ruthlessness about him. A job like this might be perfect for his skill set.
Would take a huge offer to move him you'd think, not sure we would see the need when the hard yards have already been done.
What experience with list management/recruiting do any of them (with the exception of the List Mangler) have?A few names I was thinking about today as possible candidates:
Scott Camporeale ~ Would think he has a good relationship with Teague (right?) is a Carlton man and is currently out of a job.

Scott Lucas ~ following the trend of player agents. Understands the game / contracts, players values etc.
Mick O’Loughlin ~ another who understands the game and just feel he’d be an interesting candidate. Was a mad carlton supporter growing up.
Terry Wallace ~ ok probably not my first choice but an interesting name.

TerryWallet... I hope you are sitting down....
Adrian Dodoro.
Should I card myself now or wait a while?
No to all of those from me.A few names I was thinking about today as possible candidates:

Interesting that Scott Clayton is back in the fold as NMFC’s new list manager.
Didn’t exactly set the GCFC up that well. Wonder if he’ll be back to his penchant for outside wingers/flankers, like the glory days at CFC when that was our thing too.
Good at least that SOS won’t be heading up their list management role (at this stage), as was rumoured.

Reunited with brother Luke? Not sure of Sam Power's contractual situation at the Bulldogs, but do we try to entice him to return?
Not bad. Player agent so has some idea of the system. Comes across pretty well on radio.A few names I was thinking about today as possible candidates:

Imagine if the AFL industry had to pay pensions for years served.
They'd be broke.
