Take a look at Melbournes new logo. That is good. This new tiger looks like S***. No tradition. No style. No Impact. Looks way too cheap. Put up a few and let us vote Benny.

I don`t hate it either, I despise it.
That amateurish thing we had as our emblem in 1989 was horrible and so is this.
My favourite logo without a doubt, has the sash in the backgroundI don't see what's wrong with the Tiger in this one...

Plenty of Business's update their branding and logos (ANZ, pepsi and most recently Virgin Australia come to mind instantly), unless they're an absolute staple like McDonalds or Coca Cola.
And there is always resistance because the majority of people are risk/change averse and then the hype and outrage dies down and everyone realises it wasnt the end of the world after all.
That centenery logo was great but the current is nothing special at all.
