Chief is a big believer in equality so I'm surprised you didn't get the job. No offence Gralin but the gender status of mods is running at about 10 to 1 in favour of males. What do you think Lethality ?

I also get the feeling most Mods are from a white christian background, so I can't help but think the fact that I was born in a majority Muslim country is why I wasn't considered

I called them female members, which refers mostly to members who happen to be female. There's a big difference between that and calling someone simply by their sex.
