Loving the new Los Campesinos! album. Haven't even finished it yet but so far enjoying it.

I completely forgot this band existed till I saw your post.
I haven’t listened since Romance is Boring cause they (Gareth) started getting more serious and moody and shedding members. Loved the first 2 records though.

I like where their sound has ended up on this album. It’s not too dissimilar from the early stuff.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, will listen again.

I was actually in the same position as you. I never realised how often he uses football jargon through. It’s pretty amusing to me.

Flipturn - Burnout Days : Indie band from LA, It's the album of the year so far for me

Doves - Constellations for the Lonely : Typical Doves album, 3-4 good songs but they have yet to have a great album

Miami Horror - We always had Tomorrow : Very disappointing

Been a busy couple of weeks. New album by Car Seat Headrest that was very good, then new albums from Holy Holy (really nice farewell album before they go on hiatus), Spacey Jane (better than I expected) and Arcade Fire (underwhelming on first listen).
