Shit rebrand poorly thought out that wasn't really needed, that's why.

Change for the sake of change. Sad that we succumbed to it, I thought the club had a better idea of how beloved the old logo was.

Question for the Port fans who seem to be the ones taking a shot at the new logo. How do you think it compares to Ports current logo?

I think our logo is fine, even though it could improve a bit here and there. It’s an improvement over the one we had. We had an identity issue to solve, and the logo works for that.

The new Saints logo seems to be a waste. It didn’t change much, but, if it weren’t to change much, then why change it at all?

It's one of those antiquated things. The dot implies that the full name is Saint Kilda, which to my knowledge it never has been - but a dot has been used on many things through history - take the town hall for example:
