O hAilpin is apparently how it's spelt, some bizarre gaelic grammar.

From what little we know about him i reckon why not take the punt. He's got the size, the athleticism, we've just got to teach him how to kick!

Doesn't cost us an early rookie draft pick either, so we're not giving up much to take this chance.

That is how you spell his surname in the Irish language - in English it would be Halpin. Setanta does not translate but of course in Cork he is known as Santy as in Santy Claus ( Its an accent thing!) Anyway our loss is your big gain even if it takes two years or so.
