I'm for more teams combined with cutting the maximum allowed on player lists so that fewer people are sitting on the sidelines.

Let's hope there's no anti newbie war again.

I had a dream of a 16 team comp, 8 team finals. It's do-able.

8 team finals is a joke, let's keep a finals palce for the elite not just the top 50% of the comp.

Definitely up for more teams though.

I've also got a feeling that maybe the 2 non pure player rule might come back because as things stand a lot of teams are starting to field the same line up in regards to palyer types, if we want originality & a bit more skill involved in selection then that might be the way to go.

I would be for 14 teams, then everyone could play each other twice still, and then 6 teams in finals.
Whatever happens, we cannot have 2 divisions, it would destroy the comp IMO as sides wouldn't have anything to do with half the league.

Why new teams? Some teams are struggling as is. Just makes the season longer and more boring.

Makes it more competitive, more exciting and really makes those who make the representative sides really earn the respect.

It won't make it more competitive because there will be more sub par teams.

Well who knows how it will end up, new teams may end up replacing others that fold, thats why I am happy to wait untill the end of the season, plus it depends on how many people want to play and whether having say 14 or 16 teams of 15 is better than 12 teams of 18

Yes see how it unfolds, but im just not happy that fools like sidey, who tried to make a team at the start of this season and failed are being given another chance. He will fail again.

I think every new team should be checked before given the all clear.

The last thing we need is for someone to fill a side with no names just so they can have some attention by having their own side which they are captain of.

If people want to create a new side it should be predomintaly made up of current posters, who have a track record of posting.

KCC did this very well last year.

I'm all for cutting down the squads to a max of 16, because we had and will still have players who aren't getting enough gametime but are still good posters who probably deserve better, one quit because he wasn't getting a game, which was a bit disappointing.

But still a long way to go in the season. I'm very happy with the way the new sides are going, the Sharks are going great guns with a combo of old koalas and battlers and it has freshened up the comp again. But old teams like DE (who are going to rise again it seems) and WCW are a bit stale and if WCW wanto survive I think LJP should take the captaincy.
