If we were to get an assistant coach, I would pick Damien Hardwick, or if by some miracle Buckley, Voss were on the market, one of them would fit in just nicely.

I'm sorry, but we are much more favoured than you at present and have a list far stronger than yours, so if we'll never win one then it doesn't look good for you.

In the meantime, you haven't won a premiership since we have been in the competition. In fact, it's been about twice as long as we have been in the competition that you have won one. You have never won a premiership when he have been competing. I honestly can't even remember Richmond in a finals games....2001 the last time? That would mean you've made the finals once since 1995. We pissed ourselves laughing, when he suggested that could you imagine if Knighta came out and did a Sheeds at the bummers and once again one of our own was kicking butt at that club? We completely laughed ourselves hoarse when talking about what the tigerheads would do to Spud, seeing as he sent Knighta packing..and another super coach was lost to the tiges, from under their very noses, but this time because of the cursed one.

I want us to finish between 10th and 14th this year with significant improvement from the class of '04 (deledio, tambling, meyer, polo, pattison, thursfield, mcguane, casserley etc), then between 6th and 10th in '09 as those same players become our core, then on the back of a reasonably succesful '09 i want to see us make a move solidly into the top 8 in '10. By now wallace will have a whole bunch of fully developed players who have been following his game plans for years.

Think about it, at the beginning of 2010 Deledio, Tambling, Polo, Pattison, Thursfield and McGuane should have 5 years and 50-100+ games behind them. Thats 3 spine players and 3 gun midfielders that will be hitting their straps. We havent had a group of more than 2 or 3 players a year that have come on for a long time but all those guys look like making it.

A touch early to blow the Knights trumpet, but if the bombers turn out to be right about him, then it is beyond debate that the club is cursed and should be burnt to the ground
