This coach is a master. You can't get anyone better than him. His taken you guys to how many finals and you've got your selves 2 premierships. Why would you want to change your coach?

im not saying i dont want sheedy as coach, i think sheeds is the man for the job forever. hes a freak!

But he oviously cant coach forever.

Gary O'Donnell for me, he's worked under both Sheeds and Leigh Matthews.

Longmire looks a likely proposition with credentials - has played under Pagan (who was the king of young player development and coached EFC reserves in 1992 and set up the Baby Bombers in 1993 ), played in a North premiership and has been assistant to Rodney Eade and Paul Roos. Unfortunately we have to put up with Sheedy for another 32 games and only one more National Draft. Who knows, a dismal second half might see Sheedy walk ?

Let Sheeds see out his contract(next year) AND THEN MOST OF YOU SHALL EAT CAKE OR BE VINDICATED IN CALLING FOR HIS ARSE. Newitt from Tassie is best young coach going around and will be in the A.F.L system soon, hope its at Essendon. Hird to step straight in and coach for 30 years.
