Does anyone know the latest on Kobe Williams? Is he looking draft likely and indication of preference between us and Hawks? I know he was doing some pre season training with us but then didn’t see too much more.

AFL is reviewing how the zoning works for NGA and the requirements for NGA.

From what I was last told, due to Dogs being invested in community camps and overall NGA development

The impact of zone changes should be minimal for us.

I believe it will be more focused on N.T and Tassie

They still do, they bring camps here each year despite being in our NGA zone.

I think at the start of the year Kobe did a training session at Hawthorn then he did one with us

Koby is playing at Western Jets, I am looking forward to watching a few of his games in 2025. Koby played a couple of under 18’s game on 2024.


185 cm forward. I believe he has been trialled on a HBF over summer. Koby appears to play a lot like his dad and loves a goal.

I have no inside information, however given the 2025 draft is being averaged out at 40% compromised I reckon Koby will end up at the Hawks potentially with Ollie Greeves and Goy Jiath. ( Assuming he is committed and shows something)

At this stage I’d imagine he would be late draft pick / rookie.

He is linked to the doggies via NGA.
