Might need an irate phone call or email to Rooch from a 'Port fan' on the Saturday morning sports show about this kid. How the Crows have pulled a swifty and it's not fair and everyone's against us

or better than that..a smart caller to Rooch asking him how the crows seem to be ahead of port in terms of capturing young talent and then asking him if port supporters all wish they were crows supporters as the crows have a superior culture and look to be the more successful team heading forward..I wonder if that would trigger the muppet

Nah I think it is better he find out the usual way be finds things out.

With a story published by The Age.

When was the last time Rooch broke a story involving an SA club?

Our training camp....no
Ryder apprehending a home invader....no
SPP....no
Borlase......no

Please please someone volunteer to do this whilst also asking whether the sure to be short-lived China sideshow is unnecessarily distracting the club from the real business of running football and existing to win premierships.

Daniel Sladojevic (192cm and 91kgs),
This leads on to the other question...

Is it possible that he may still be growing and not reached his final height... he’s only 16-17 years old after all..

Hasn’t rankine grown a couple of cm’s in the past 12 months..

I am not too sure But I believe he played Basketball in Sturt's zone and when he went to play Football it was South Zone. But he lives in Sturts zone.
End of the Day Port had an opportunity

I think it is actually based on where you live, not your junior club?

Gooch- .....big sigh “Tell me Daniel, is it a full moon out there at the moment? Some supporters are up and about in May!”

I am not too sure as they say the SANFL zones, which is Postcode, As I have been informed they got him thru basketball making it Postcode.
But there are grey areas with where the Junior club is Located. Which is how South got him and not Sturt for the under 16's

To me this will be the first of Many as the Crows have a better-organised department looking at these kids, While our mates are more worried about China,

Pretty heavy for his size though already, may be an early developer.

I’m dubious on the 90+ kilos claim... on the Panthers site their list of players that have made the u/18 championships squad it says he’s only 84.8 kilos... and that list was released two days ago... and it also says he’s only 191cm’s

Still 84.8kgs for a 191cm lad at his age isn’t too bad..

Let’s hope he continues to grow... and gets to 194-195..

Was Only going on this page
"Lining up with the Under-16s will be tall timber Daniel Sladojevic (192cm and 91kgs), Aaron Douglass (188cm, 73kg) and Kangaroo Island product Damon Freitag (195cm, 89kg)."

Hmm, that's a bit better then. Would want to be pretty mobile for a key forward that size.

84.8 is alright, 80 would be better, but everyone is different and hopefully he still has some puppy fat to lose.

Seems a decent unit.
