Was surprised to see Jake Lehmann not on that list, looked online and sure enough he is 24 this year. Boof Lehmann has a 24 year old child, who'd have thought it

Hard to believe Head's average is only 30! needs a couple of consistent seasons to be considered me thinks

Hardly hard to believe if you have seen him at Shield level

Would be Boof against Sri Lanka in 2004.

Both WA and NSW (Voges and Khawaja) were last test.
QLD (Burns) was Boxing Day

and TAS (Ponting) was January 2012 against India

Khawaja was born in Pakistan.

Wasn't Matthew Wade's (TAS-born) Test century more recent than Ponting's last one too?

Good point. Forgot about Wade.

Khawaja was born in Pakistan but grew up and learned to play in NSW.

In any case Warner and Smith have recent centuries

We went down the Maxwell route before. Until he uses his brain for more than 3 matches, let's not do it again. Maddinson is worse and shouldn't be close.

Maxwell was setup to fail in my opinion.
2 tests in the desert batting at number 3. In a series where Australia got thumped.

Chris lynn for me he should replace voges when he calls it a day.
