CC traded away top draft picks, in every one of his years bar two.
Harvey keep all of ours and has been quoted say that he won't trade our first three picks ever.

Pretty big difference right there.

I suppose it will all come out in the wash , Keppler might be a good pick , might not . Johnson the same
