I don't know how you could not care - no matter how crap your side is playing, stick with 'em untill the end. How can you not see that? I understand your frustration, but really that's a different matter.

If we play as well as we can against the Dogs and if we are HUNGRY for the win, we can do it. Although it's hard to do after so many consecutive losses, but there has to be some evident confidence in the boys.

A doggy supporter at work said Croft won't be playing. If that's the case, there should be no excuse to lose this one with our three talls in Otto, Richo and Staff and their midget defence.

You're right. It's my frustration.

I hope they win, but really, couldn't care less. Bring on the trading period, cricket season. Put them out of their misery. I have no confidence in this rabble of a football team. The impotent display they put on week after week makes me sick. They were hungry a few years ago, when they were putting their hands up for payrises, now they are far too comfortable with their own mediocrity and too scared to take a risk and escape it.

I want a Richmond team with no excuses.

hope we lose!!! im sic of this side winning a few at the end of the season that seem to cover the pathetic displays of the season proper, i dont want anything to hide the rabble we are, i want to lose every game from here on in, get a good draft position and make millers job of delisting crap a lot easier

The only hope is that we will end up with a couple of early picks, trade of the likes of bowden, Fiora, etc and cull the dead wood in preperation for next year.

Mellow, please don't think this is deliberate after our chat last week (just bad timing i guess) but i cannot go to a game and hope we lose and cannot even not go to a game and hope we lose.

This is totally different to thinking we will lose.

Hoping we will lose - please don't slip to that level.

That could have been done for the last 4 weeks Custard. We arent going to do that because we play around with the ball in the backline and midfield. The day when Richmond players will just absolutely smash the living daylights out of the football into the forward line wont be happening for a while yet.

Another season is lost peejay, so i cant take any satisfaction out of anything that the tigers might be able to salvage for the rest of the year, not even a win.

Even if we were to win the majority of our matches i still believe it would belie our postiton and mask deficiencies in our list,style of play and the coaching staff.

I dont believe that i have "slipt" by taking this position. I would much prefer a better choice of draft/s and the knowledge that they could be long term prospects for the tigers then finishing off the year with 3 or 4 wins that might in the moment yield some gratification to it's supporters but no long term benefit for the club.

No. Don't get me wrong, it was great to see the tigers win and I had a bit of money riding on it, just can't see any point in winning games when the season is dead and buried. For us, we are doing ourselves no favours in terms of rebuilding, which is what is required. Exactly what mellow yellow said.
