Malthouse actually singled out Woewodin (along with Williams) as players who did not take their chances , so I'm hoping you're wrong and it's a sign (plus the face like a smacked arse on TSFS.)

I know that they won't get dropped. I don't think I suggested that they would. Doesn't mean that I have to be accepting of their performances which on Friday night were terrible. Get over youself and accept that not everyone shares the same opinions.

If woewodin gets dropped we will be a 1-2 goals worse off.

While I think that Woey and Tarkyn have been poor (although Tarkyn has been alright) if I were the coach I wouldn't drop a player for one poor performance. I would talk to Woey and to a lesser extend Tarx and tell them that they are senior experienced players and expect better of them and tell them if they don't lift they are in danger of being dropped.

Make him the Next Coach...

JABSO 2006!!! ;)

Woey probably deserves a run with Willy, but unfortunately there are hacks we need to drop before him.

So by the time we drop them and get to Woey, there is no point dropping him because we just don't have the depth to cover it.

It's a very sad plight.

People said mcgough wasnt ready for debut, but wouldnt be surprised with a couple debuts on anzac day,
eg
2002: Mcgough
2004: C.Cloke

I agree with Brilliant Pies changes
sorry to say tiger but mcgough didnt debut on anzac day he played his first game the game before essendon vs hawthorn and was best on ground

Bull******** , although I do recall one of his six touches on Friday night was mildly effective.
Just a footballer who has got a few of you sucked in on a reputation he got 4 or 5 years ago.

How old is Wowey?

A mediocre game from Woewodin against the Dons, will have Woewy on a train to Williamstown, but I have stood up for him...he is a player..anyone who thinks he is the luckiest Brownlow Medallists knows ******** all about football...but he has had a bad start to 2005 after an awesome season last year, to shut out the critics, well...not on the Collingwood Board anyway.

Unfortunately, Nick is on the money. No use talking about dropping Woey and Tarks if we don't have anyone to replace them. FFS, half our early draft picks are still playing in the ressies.

Didak, King or H Shaw could do better. And if you're prepared to take a punt maybe so could Egan.

I'd drop Woey and Williams for sure. Tarks I'd keep in the 22, he's not playing that bad.

Were ********ed

it's "we're"...but yes we're ********ed now

explains why he was disappointing on friday night perhaps

oh well, the injury curse is striking again, but it gives someone like King or Heath Shaw a chance i would feel on the big stage in the biggest H&A game of the season against i side who will come out breathing fire

I'd still drop Woey and Williams

In T Cloke King Egan Didak
Out Rocca Wooewodin Williams Davis

you reckon Egan will make the step up?

if woewodin is to be dropped, i dont know if Didak should step straight into the midfield

i dont think Woey will go

Give him a go, he's no different in style to Lovett for Essendon. Just let him go and do his stuff, see how he goes. Didak played on the weekend and kicked a few goals, he'll come straight in.

Or promote H Shaw or even Lonie instead. I don't want to see Woey next Monday.
