I can't remember the last positive thing you have said about the club Jeremias.

Think we could get somewhere like 8-10 wins in 2007.

Are you kidding? I am very positive about the club, but I don't think we should let our optimism get in the way of being realistic.

Bottom three again, but to be honest that is not a bad thing as we probably need at least another year of good draft picks. The trick to looking at how we will finish next season is looking at the other teams. Which teams do we really think we will be better than next season? The other teams rebuilding on the back of draft picks are a season or two ahead of us in their development and the teams with deteriorating lists are still a year or two away from major slides. For me it is all about players improving rather than wins or losses. I hate losing, but I would prefer us to build a foundation for a successful future era rather than any illusory short term gains:p I reckon six wins will probably max us out, but with a number of close losses agan.

If a couple of close ones go our way, we could be looking at around 7-8 wins. More realistically, I'd expect about 5-6 with the continued development and sufficient game time given to the youngsters. Looking forward to big years from Waite and Fisher and hopefully they remain injury free.

Will also be interesting to see how guys like Carrazzo and Bentick do. I expected more from them this year and if they have another average season they might be pushed out of the starting 22 in the next couple of years.

NEvertheless, no matter how many wins we get I'm sure that guys like Murphy, Simpson, Fev, Gibbs (hopefully), Kennedy and Walker will bring some enjoyment to the game.

Have to admit I havent been realistic with my expectations for next year so Im changing it to

15 wins.

9 wins and some where between 10th and 13th

IMO we will be a 3 goal a game better side

fev will stop missing easy goals from 30 out
fisher, waite and kennedy will improve their set shots for goal

setanta, bower and hartlett to provide more defensive options releasing walker/scotland to spend more time in the midfield

stevens to have a better year if he overcomes injury, add to this the likes of murphy, blackwell (and gibbs) stepping up we will have more midfield options and possibly less tags on stevens

Agree...

Which teams will drop to a lower spot next year? I think;

Collingwood, North Melbourne, Essendon, Adelaide, St Kilda.

How much lower who knows??? But how much better will we become?? How much more will Brisbane, Hawthorn, Richmond and Port Adelaide improve?

My feeling says the big 3 teams certain for finals are
West Coast, Fremantle, Sydney (good mix of exp. and age on their side).

What are you basing this on?

Obviously, we will win all 22 games next season, by an average margin of 55 points, Fevola kicking 141 goals for the season..

Marc Murphy and Bryce Gibbs winning the brownlow, both polling 33 votes.

Lance Whitnall All Australian Captain at CHB

We will then win our 3 finals by an average margin of 40 points, Fevola kicking 23 goals in his 3 finals, and finishing the season with 164 goals.

Fevola to win the Norm Smith Medal with 9.1 in the Grand Final against West Coast.
