Its a hard one as obviously you do not get to see every game. Looking at this list if it was close it is considered best? I saw the Eltham v Whittlesea game (just terrific umpiring....) and whilst is was close and everyone on the edge of their seat it was not a game for the ages.

The LP v Whittlesea game after the tragedy probably did sound like it deserved top honor though, the emotion in that would have been amazing and the Heidelberg v Macleod game would have been good to watch as well.
