I think all of these multiple platforms would be great if you were able to log in on more than one device - but I'm much the same in wondering why so many options are needed when an Apple TV is about $110 and a Chromecast is about $50, which is all you need to stream from your phone or computer.

dart most US radio broadcasters stream on the internet....I use KNBR in San Francisco specifically for this purpose, it is free and legal!
I was trying this a while ago however I found that some stations when the game starts you get geo-blocked.

cheers for the tip though, I will persevere.

Thanks for that I might check that out when the season starts...usually just watch GamePass on game day but will see if I get geo-blocked from KNBR

Do emails to gamepass support actually go to anyone?
I started the free trial last week so I could watch some pre-season games but like many are waiting for a code, so I emailed to cancel the trial. Then when no response within the 24 hours indicated I sent another, rinse and repeat that 4 times and then once through the form on the website. The credit card I used is linked to a debit account and only used for online purchases, so foreseeing the oncoming incompetence I moved money out of the account for a few days and surprise surprise I finally got an email from gamepass, not to confirm cancellation but telling me my payment failed.
So I sent another email requesting cancellation but haven't heard back surprisingly.
Do I need to fly to America and throw a brick with my email address on it through the gamepass offices window to get a response? Or do I just need to keep that bank account empty forever now?

Having an 'opt out' system for a trial is crooked enough (if I like the product then I will sign up) but not providing any convenient ways to opt out (or an avenues at all!) is just pulling the piss.

I was definitely going to sign up again for GamePass this year, but now I'm wondering if I may just find other ways to watch the games.

There should be a button in the My account page to cancel the trial and you will lose access right away. unless you waited too long to cancel and you are now set to pay for the season+ pass.

Hey guys. I've been reading the thread trying to figure out the best option but am not all that clear on a couple of things. I'm thinking of purchasing a team pass on Apple TV to watch Philly games.
- Is this the best/ cheapest option for that purpose?
- Can I record live games to watch later or are games simply archived to watch at a later date once played (spoiler free)?
Cheers

This is the only legal option from the NFL. Honestly worth the price for the convenience and quality.

Games are archived once played. You can watch any game in the archives. Not sure if you can watch a live game from the start as I have had issues with that previously.

Nope, I went into the account settings after watching the games, about 24 hours after activating the trial and it said I needed to contact via email to cancel it. It may be different as I did it through the iPad.

It is the cheapest but watching Eagles games is hardly the best use of your money.

Just make sure you have a look on the NFL Gamepass site, and confirm that the price is the same as if you buy through itunes.

And yeah, there's an option to turn scores off so you can watch archived games (which, about 12 hours after the game, are ad-free; you also have the option of watching a condensed 30-40 minute version)

Anyone else having issues with gamepass on Apple TV?

When I try to open a game it says:

Video playback error (object object)

Thought I'd try here before emailing tech support.

Thanks for your help. I'm pretty tech illiterate, do you mean system restore the Apple TV or do I need to do something to the nfl app?
I think GamePass requires you to upgrade the Adobe video player to the latest version. When you get the error it should give you a link to follow to do the upgrade, otherwise just find the adobe player on the mac and look for an upgrade online.

Edit...sorry just say your running Apple TV...try reinstalling the NFL app.

If you go through your settings on Apple TV, it often provides a software update. I dare say that's what's being referred to.

Let me know if you have problems with it - I'll flick mine on tomorrow and give some better instructions.

I absolutely 100% love how passionate you all are. However, if you guys waste one second watching preseason game #4's I may have to personally come down to Australia and kick you all in the rear end

Don't do this to yourselves!! ;)
