I didnt really like the nfl app anyway, its not like the pc or mobile version, where you can view all the other special programs, them all categorized etc. The app instead is a bit streamlined. Personally prefer watching thru my laptop and if i want to cast it to the tv.

Its almost the same as the Windows 10 App

sparkyblue I received an email indicating a free upgrade however, I only just realised that my credit card details have changed and my subscription has since lapsed. I emailed nfl but have received no response. Am I able to still receive the free upgrade should I provide my new cc details?

An update on this. I received a reply saying I need to buy the league pass at full cost and then provide a screen shot of the email I was sent saying I would get a free upgrade and they would then credit my account the difference. Pain in the arse but going to have to do it.

As much as I love watching the sport, I despise the NFL organisation. Despicable in almost every way.
I'll pay it this year, not sure if I will next year for ~300..

If you buy it by making it think you are in Brazil do you have to access it as if you accessing from Brazil as well?

Nah, just change the currency in the top corner. It worked out like $15 cheaper last year I think

As far as I know, only WatchESPN in Australia - the good news is that, with the phone app, it'll be a lot easier to watch ESPN3 matches than it has been in the past. Still no access to CBS or SEC network games though (as far as I know)

Yeah, im waiting to hear back from someone about the Fox Sports games. Lastyear a site had a streaming package with Fox Sports games, BTN games and Pac-12 Networks [all 7 networks] Deals and stuff for the upcoming season are still being worked out but hopefully its the same. Then the only games missing are CBS, and regional coverage from small schools. WatchESPN should have all the ESPN Networks games. and ESPN Australia are still working on a deal for live streaming ESPNU and SECnetwork. but they have been saying that for the last 9 months.

Pac-12 also sell the National network feed on Youtube for about $15 US a month, but dont sell the 6 regional networks.

It was about $20 US a month for access.

The app is built and ready for market as soon as the commercial terms are sorted out. I don't have an ETA as yet but its an ongoing exercise.

How would one go over the head of the international team to provide feedback to the NFL/Rog that they're a ******* disaster who don't reply to emails, and when they do they provide template replies that don't answer questions?

I'm happy to take any feedback onboard regarding customer care. Best thing to do is give me actual details - NFL.com ID, email times etc so we can do some root/cause analysis. This is something I can help with directly.

Pretty sure thats $264 Aussie dollars - it's $199US

Still bloody steep though, I think it's gone up about $70AU since I first bought it two years.
