I thought that was in last seasons package?

Bomber, could you let me know what your bit rate is like in the arvo 5pm onwards? Also what provider you are with, I'm having trouble with my Optus cable streaming in the arvo at 4500, it just doesnt get there.

Im with TPG and use Wifi...my internet sucks..its 10mbps but I normally just run gamepass at 3000kbps so I dont get any lag

i wish they had the weekly and monthly passes still. i think i need to do the 4 monthly installments this year bloody bills are stretching me right now. And last 2 years i have only used Gamepass about 15 times all up including pre-season. I wish they had PS4 apps. Was tempted to skip this year With Redzone on ESPN, but knowing my luck Foxtel wont play many packers games this season.

Just re-signed using the promo code REP15 for 15% off so was about $180 instead of $215. Saw the "promo code" box and googled it and found this. There were a couple of others for 25% off etc but they didn't work.

Yeah I was gonna go the monthly installments but I hate being charged extra for that so would rather just pay up front. Its the same with my car insurance, its always a big hit paying $800 or so up front but would prefer that than being stinged an extra $100-$200 just because I'm paying month by month.

i do insurance monthly, i have Foxtel and car Insurance one fortnight and Mobile and internet on the other. and pay rent at the end of the month. I think with monthly non playoffs its only about $20 extra. i just have not used Gamepass much in the last few years and dont know if i would use it much this year. i remember in 2008 it was like $10 a week and $25 a month or something like that. then they went only with season passes.

I would just love a pre season pass since im more of a college Football fan just seeing to rookies making teams and stuff in the pre season games. but with Redzone on ESPN im leaning towards skipping this season. but on the other hand ive only missed watching 2 Packers game live since mid 2007 and both because i was on Holidays and had no internet [The colts in 2008 before the Bye was traveling Tasmania and was at Cradle Mountain dint even have much phone reception there.] and other was the Packers/Cards playoff game in Jan 2010. the TV in the house i rented at the beach didnt have an aerial to pick up OneHD to watch it, used score center on my phone.

Sorry guys. Bit of a noob question here. I have spent my time watching on naughty (and extremely crappy) streams that I find here and there. Generally I plug my macbook into the TV and watch it on the big screen albeit normally in terrible quality.

If I purchase gamepass (which I likely will) how is the picture quality and will I experience much issue with it lagging out for live games. I have pretty decent internet connection here and a good TV.

Once again, sorry for the noob quality of my post

As long as you've got a good connection, you can get as good quality as you want. It's so much better than the corresponding AFL "solutions" it's like night and day. I can't remember having a problem with the servers lagging or anything.

I hook my PC up to the TV via hdmi cable, watch Gamepass in perfect quality on the big screen. Can't remember ever experiencing any lagging. Go for it.

Thanks guys! Thats good enough for me. My biggest issue was paying huge money for something of poor quality, so if the game pass provides an even slighlty better picture/sound quality then some of the streams I have found I am all for it! ;)

There is currently a 7 day free trial available. You can watch the 1st week of pre-season games to test it out.

Does everyone just get the full season plus pass?

Normally the auto-renew wouldn't have been a problem... but I've been stung with car issues, a broken computer, a knackered router and a buggered hard drive. I also had to book a trip to a wedding, so my bank account has been hemorrhaging :(

I hardly watched NFL network all off season. I watched a bit of the draft - but I could've seen most of it on ESPN anyway.

All the playoffs are on ESPN, and will probably be on 7mate.

And so all reason and logic suggests I should save myself 80 bucks and just get the season pass instead of season plus.

But I'm just having a really hard time convincing myself that having the playoffs and the off season isn't worth 80 bucks.

Thoughts?

If you're gonna go half way into something you might as well go all the way imo.

Like gamepass for the full year costing not so much extra than the season pass.

I'm always on auto renew full season no half assing it's not the gg way.

I just get the season. You actually get the off-season if you sign up for the following year - I got the draft even though I don't have season plus. All the finals are on 7Mate, so I just record those.

Ugh! Of course it's after the auto-renew date that promo codes suddenly become available!

I don't know if it's possible, but could you try going into account, cancelling you subscription before the free trial ends on August 11 and then re-subscribing?

It's a bit of a hail mary, but could be worth it. Saving a bit over $30

Yeah i agree, my first bad experience with gamepass, finding out you can get a discount only after they automatically renew you. Oh well, the quality is still worth it.
