They'd probably cancelled their autorenew which is why they weren't offered the discount. Lucky you (and me) we didn't. Don't think it has anything to do with length of subscription.

I can't even be bothered finding out what happened now - their international service provider is a ****ing joke. I'll just watch what's on tv and use nefarious methods for watching other Eagles games.

I remember last year I was pissed cos I'd unchecked the autorenew the year before to make sure I didn't cop any surprise payments. Then I wasn't eligible for the reduced price (they offer it at previous years prices) for Season plus however at least last year they had the cheaper Season only option which I ended up going for - and that's saved me $100 this year!

The really crap thing is once you untick autorenew apparently you can't change it back? That's rubbish.
 
I gotta discount because I follow the Lions. I deserve that much.

Can someone tell me where you tick auto renew ? If theres a slight discount for next year I want it but cant seem to find it anywhere...

On the (PC Version) home page after you login, click on the link, top right hand corner "My Account".
Select "Update Billing Information"
Bottom of the screen, check the auto renew box, you can even define your billing currency.

Whislt your there confirm your credit card details.

Hi guys. Sorry to intrude, but is there a video app for watching college football?

As far as I know, only WatchESPN in Australia - the good news is that, with the phone app, it'll be a lot easier to watch ESPN3 matches than it has been in the past. Still no access to CBS or SEC network games though (as far as I know)

Really really wish we could get the big games over here, as much as ESPN do a good job we miss some big SEC games here which isn't great for the casual fan
 
Morally objecting purchasing this year because of the terrible support just ignoring 5+ emails.

Will suffer through finding streams.
 
This time of the year would be flat out for them. Be patient they will get to it.

Nah they responded instantly to first email but ignored it for over a week now

How would one go over the head of the international team to provide feedback to the NFL/Rog that they're a ****ing disaster who don't reply to emails, and when they do they provide template replies that don't answer questions?
