not to be anti-fan, but you get great service for the majority of the subscription life, you get 3 mins outage at the SB and that somehow means you get a full refund or something?

same like with an NBN outage etc for half a day, you dont get refunded the entire month

Understand the point but the equivalent would be something like Gamepass going out for half a day on a random Wednesday.

The NBN equivalent of the SB would be if they just filled your Monthly quota on a random day and you couldn’t get it back til the next month.

Its ok. because of this the people who claimed a refund wont be given a coupon for a discount next season.....Just like the rest of us.

actually im kinda surprised it wasnt a NFL shop discount. i remember when they gave those out and NFL shop was blocked from shipping to Australia because of that bullshit Amazon tax thing a few years ago to stop people online shopping from american sites.

Not sure. I had 2 replies to my email on the day (probably automated) and then got that email on Saturday.

i didnt complain or email and i never got notified of a discount. So im guessing theyll only compensate those who noticed that the service webt down in the last three minutes and complained. otherwise theyll just think i was a happy customer or didnt notice. i just couldnt be ****ed worrying about $10.

if it were $50, $100, then sure id complain i guess. Maybe. But id sure hate to put Mr Goodell out of pocket.

Maybe next year the NFL could use their own NextGen stats powered by AWS and predict the service demand increase and deploy additional scale up cloud server infrastructure to meet their customer needs.

Real life case of you can analysis the crap out of anything that happened yesterday but is as useful as a wooden leg in a bush fire if your unable to interpret and act on the analysis.

Humans are nasty. and sadly too many dont wash their hands after going to the toilet or touching other dirty things.

Is anyone else getting a message (Chrome) that there has been a data breach on both NFL.com and NFL Gamepass, and to change password?

I changed password, and then Chrome told me now I had TWO data breach passwords on NFL.com/Gamepass...the previous one and the new change.
