paramount, Apple TV, stan sports add on, Max later in the year, binge for non sports fox stuff.

You have to feel that sports like A-Leagur or Super Rugby lost some casual fans who watched because they had Foxtel for AFL or NRL and were not big enough fans to buy Stan and Stan sport for rugby or Paramount for soccer.
That is quite literally me. I used to watch the first rounds of the Super Rugby (them starting before the other codes is smart) or even the A League during the summer but there's just no way I'm paying for the extra's.

I'm a big tennis fan and that's even worse. Stan has the slams, beIN has the rest of it. I can watch it through bet365 by having $5 in my account. It's just bizarre to me.

Not to promote pirating but Stremio is kind of ridiculous once you get it setup as you could basically cancel everything except for your sport fix requirements. Only used it a handful of times, worked flawlessly and there hasn't been anything new or old that I searched for that I couldn't stream. How it possibly works so well I have NFI.

I'm happy to pay for a couple of streaming services but did get the shits a while back when I could no longer piggyback off my brother's Netflix once they bought in that region stuff.
Is it hard to setup?

Got a DAZN email asking me to do a survey. Maybe check your inboxes
They are asking what other sports you are interested in. I was afraid to answer incase they try to get those sports as well

My end comment was on how Gamepass has gotten worse year after year over the past 5 years. Ever since it switched to NFL international.

The rot economy destroying streaming along with everything else.

Can vouch for that. It's brilliant, almost too brilliant.

Disney announced on Tuesday that ESPN's slate of Australian and international sports programmes – including live local and US basketball and American football, as well as their continuous 24/7 channels – will soon be available on all Disney+ plans.

Be interesting to see how it plays out
From March 26, catch all the action live on ESPN - included in your Disney+ subscription. From March 26, ESPN will be included in Disney+. Sign up to watch NBA, UFC, & more.

I have cancelled Kayo as AFL games are seemingly on Binge - or replays

So basically you can pay $5 a month for binge and get a bunch of the kayo sport! Wild

I think Binge is only showing the channel 7 games. So the Fox only games (ie all Saturday games and a couple on Sunday) won't be on Binge.

Hate to be the one to tell you. but Binge only shows the AFL/NRL games that are host broadcasts by a FTA network. its just to get people in the door who were not huge sport fans.

and Disney also put their prices up a few $ this month

Ok but the price rise is less than Kayo and as someone living in Adelaide I'll take my chances most games will be televised here

Saving $25 a month is worth it to me

Crows games rounds 2,4,6 and 8 will be on 2hr delays under the new TV deal.

$16 or $21 a month is a lot for Disney+ if you are just getting it for ESPN. especially since they are still not including WatchESPN and the 5 other channels with it.

Heads up for all....

As far as at least telecasting the draft anyway, CUNZ is working via VPN on mobile and directly using the app on a Samsung TV in Indonesia.

Should have been like this from Day One.

I was able to watch the playoffs in the Philippines, no vpn required

See we could all be global sports magnates if we could buy Eastern Block assets for pennies in the dollar too.

Foxtel's current ESPN deal runs out at the end of June. Let's see how they go negotiating a new deal with Disney+ as leverage against them.

Will be interesting to see what happens if they dont get a deal and Disney+ cant air the NFL unless the draft being blacked out was a one off. but people have also said NFL live gets blacked out so seems to be all NFL content currently not on D+

this could be decent news

Google’s YouTube has emerged as the heavy favorite to stream its first exclusive NFL game on Friday of the opening week, sources briefed on the discussions told The Athletic on Thursday.

The deal would represent another landmark agreement between the league and a behemoth digital platform that is redefining how fans watch games.

However, this partnership would be different from the agreements with Amazon and Netflix, as it is anticipated not to be tied to any paid subscription. The game is expected to be available globally for free on YouTube. It would be free in the United States, as well, while subscribers to the cable-like and U.S.-based YouTube TV will be able to access through that service, as well.

The game will be played in São Paulo, Brazil, at Corinthians Arena, with the Los Angeles Chargers already slated to be one of the teams involved. An official announcement will likely occur next week during Advertising Upfronts, when networks and platforms like to make big news. Indeed, the NFL announced Thursday that it will reveal its international games on Tuesday, followed by the full NFL schedule the next day.
