I was impressed watching the game yester on DAZN the audio was mixed in surround.

Commentary up front and music/stadium noise mixed to rear speakers.

Interesting, probably YT going all out with that game to impress.

NFL game audio is something broadcasters often struggle with. You know those games were if you couldn't see the crowd, you'd think there was 20 fans in attendance.

Have it for 2 seasons with no issues so far.

Also Disney+ is a great addition if you love College Football with plenty of games on all season long

It's been far better since 2 years ago

My only criticism is when I want to watch Redzone on delay (because I'm not getting up at 3am!) if I start watching after 9am or have to pause to take kids to school/have a meeting etc the stream won't start from the beginning so have to wait until 1pm unless I want most of the early games spoiled.

Does anyone know roughly what time the 3am kickoff ad-free replays and 40 minute condensed games start to become available on DAZN? I’ve been burnt before by glitches when winding back to the start, so just going to wait for the replays to become available.

Everyone is to blame. NFLN/Redzone for having the ticker at all times, Fox for putting the scorebug so low and CBS for having their score update box at the top. so looks like they are just shrinking the video to fit in the ticker and not have stuff cropped out. last year they just cut the top of the Fox games off to have the scorebug above the ticker. they also did it lastweek and CBS games had the other game scorebox cut in half.

We dont really need a ticker anymore, and redzone just uses it to show fantasy junk and sell advertising slots

DAZN was pretty good the first 3 weeks, couldn't fault it. I had issues with TNF the other day (was watching on delay and stream restarted a few times and then skipped to live (2 minutes left) when I was halfway through the 3rd.

Today the Redzone stream has been terrible, watching on delay and the buffering/freezing all the time is driving me nuts

So finally got a offer of $89.99 for season pro. With half a season to go it is priced at about what I think is a fair price. If I was offered a $180 a year for season pro I would've taken it up from the start.

Disney did the same with someone else a few months ago. When a new deal got signed they gave up free access to the $30 version of the new app. And some providers also got free Hulu/D+ included. Disney want people using their apps and the pay TV providers want to have people use their apps and have access to more content in VOD on the app. YouTube went through this with NBCU at the start of the season and ended up having to give up some VOD rights if you didnt record a show like SNL because NBC want people to use peacock for VOD


When I first tried YouTube TV it was $40 USD a month its now like $90 USD with redzone. It's overpriced but they are all about the same for the streaming pay TV thing. Legacy cable in the US is way more.

Disney are after more money because they have overpaid for sports. And ESPN is already the highest rates for a cable channel at almost $6 a month per subscriber.

The fact it went to a blackout makes me thing it will be a bit longer. Feel like MNF nextweek with Eagles @ Packers will be the deadline. I wonder how many days before they give everyone the $20 discount for an extended outage
