yeah but those people probably actually have some kind of knowledge about the teams and the players. We are looking for a bunch of rank amateurs who have no idea if Green Bay could beat Jacksonville on any given day.

Anyway there's a free tipping comp being set up by SEN by the guys who host the Born in the USA show, Ed Wyatt is one of the blokes, he usually hosts the Superbowl on SBS. You can win prizes as well.

Players might slot in and out during the preseason, but the team should remain well drilled. The Pats normally do atleast.

That their special teams was such a mess is a worrying sign, considering discipline is one of Bellicheks hallmarks.

haha I wouldnt be too worried just yet seeing Matt Gutierrez saw most of the action throwing to 5th and 6th stringers, and still he had a decent game. The aging D is what I'm more worried about this year losing Samuel to your mob (still love the guy). I think Merriweather is capable of filling his boots, but we'll see.

I was playing a bit there, im not reading too much into a brady-less offense. I did thing your defense was suspect though. We marched right up the field on it more than once, when the starters were playing.

Samuels bringing Moss down in the backfield was beautiful. :)

Still, after our horrible special teams efforts last year, seeing two returns in the endzone brought a nice warm feeling.

Ahh, the monday morning madness. Ive specifically set it so ive got no uni on mondays just for this. Cant wait.
 
Oh yeah I'll be streaming any NE games that aren't on TV this year. Although it's great to see 10HD will now be playing AFC games, now I just need to get a HDTV although my birthday is round the corner so....

Just recently got the HDTV myself. Definetely worth it for the upcoming season.

TBH, as an Eagles fan i need to invest in foxtel. The NFC East is about all they show.

haha yeah tell me about it. Two of my mates who are NFL crazy are Giants and Redskins fans, drives me crazy when they are always talking about how their teams will be on fox.... but yes definitely worth the investment, not just for the NFL but for SportsCentre, PTI, Around the Horn and NFL films docos :thumbsu:

Ive spent the last few years experimenting with TVU and Sopcast and the like trying to find an alternative.

I spose eventually ill have to bite the bullet. :(
