The committee should be concerned! the 19s coach not going around again after doing an outstanding job with recruiting and coaching in 2019. Maybe the committee should look after the off field and have faith in the coaches they have appointed.

Coach stood down due to increased work commitments and was very active in helping the club find the replacement so no issue there.
