North dropped all their eligible players back to win that flag, something thier opponents couldn’t do as South had to play their best 22 every week to try and stay up, and Whittlesea seniors and Laurimar seniors were playing best 22 to try and win a flag. A win is a win and the flag will and should be celebrated but 19s and two flags for that matter depend on a lot more than good youth and having the best team.
It’s about who has qualified.

Now that preston has folded.
What happens to those players that move to other clubs within NFNL how does the point system work?

Do they still count as a VFL listed player? So 4/5? Or go back to their previous point cap at whatever tier they played before being on a VFL list?
