Zain Yamak has crossed from Greenvale to Thomastown next season, bringing my count to at least eight clubs… Thomastown, Greenvale, Hillside, Pascoe Vale, Avondale Heights, Keilor, Strathmore, Hadfield.

Buyer beware. Doesn’t contribute to any club in any way off field and is clearly at each club with his hand out.

Checked his Play HQ Profile. He has only played senior football Avondale Heights, Pascoe Vale, Hillside & Greenvale since he became a Senior player in 2020. All the others you listed are Junior clubs. So was wondering how much did he get paid at those Junior clubs?

There are plenty of players who have had plenty of clubs over 5 years, was more he was making it personal like he had something against him. Anyway no doubt they already checked what he has done before signing him, is very easy to look up these days and ask in interviews.

There are players who play for loyalty and friends, others who play for level of football and others for their next contract(money). Whichever they choose is up to them.

If they can keep the blokes around and start dropping some points so they can all play then maybe next year or the year after but this year I would of thought it would still be out of South Morang, Whittlesea and Macleod.

St Marys and Parade probably round out the finals.

Fitzroy Stars are not coming up to survive. Expect them to contend immediately. With Nev Jetta's input they not only have an excellent coach however also have a very good recruiting team

2025 Div 2 there felt like a bit of a gap after the top 3 - based on recruitment and player movement, it feels like there could be more teams seriously in the mix with Stars & Parade.

I think Parade def top 5 but Fitzroy Stars to contend with their list. Top 5 would be Macloed, Stars, Whittlesea, Sth Morang Parade and NP 6th! Hard to know where South are at??

I think you are underestimating St Marys.

Most likely as I haven't seen them play since 2024, gonna be tight for 5th spot
