Maybe just take a step back, you have recruited at least 15 players who will play seniors. Maybe keep a low profile. $85k in 16 games does not make any sense. Anyone who knows understands what fedda was on at wang magpies knows that even half of this money equals 15% of total cap. Add what you ever you want to rest and the maths doesn’t add up.

Maybe just stop posting and bringing attention to yourselves. 5 recruits in a year is great, 10 recruits is awesome, 15 - give me a spell. You can spin it however you want but you have definitely brought a lot of unwanted attention to the club

And if the club wants to promote their new players, I'll back them that they understand what is going on internally.

I'd love to give you the details/spin but just like you I have NFI on what is happening with last years players as yet as I'm just reading what you do.

Don’t bite on this Chump.. Ivanhoe are doing what every club is trying to do each off season. Recruit hard and build momentum. Unless somebody on here is from the inner sanctum of a club with input on contracts etc it’s all just throwing mud. And everyone on Bigfooty becomes an expert on what each club is paying.

Keep the momentum going and hopefully it’s a cracker year of footy all round.

geez. you log out for a few weeks and come back to everyone going after Ivanhoe. I think a fair statement is - everyone wants you to improve just not more than them.

Reservoir applied for the 50 points - which got pushed up from the NFNL to AFL for approval. We got approved and the extra 4 points certainly helped us improve our position on the ladder. didnt send us to finals or buy us a flag like everyone somehow thought it would.

from what I can see - most clubs in div 3 pushing hard to recruit talent. we all want to be playing div 2 or hell even div 1 at some point.

2026 is shaping up to a belter of a season. Ivanhoe and Laurimar are still the benchmark of the comp. Schulzy has built a great program at Ivanhoe and it would be a shame for other clubs to take notes and look at the professionalism they are showing in building themselve to be a force to be reckoned with. Lalor still having the best canteen in the comp.by a country mile. Look forward to seeing you fellas in and around the Stable when you play us at home.

well said, btw I still think Laurimar the team to beat as the group has consistency of 3-4 years which is hard to break...
Cant wait for when they play each other and maybe NFI Insider can arrange for them to play each other round 1!

Agree Rover - I think we are vastly improved - absolutely, but they belted us twice last year and arguably have improved thier list already, even losing Herbert and IF Clarke stays retired and there is a long way to go until Round 1.

Do I expect us to be right in the mix with where we finished in 2025 and who we have picked up - .

Turtles will be bottom two. Recruiting Panton Hill under 19s that played division 3 in an average team while losing key players wont move them up the laddder.
Rexhepi going again at Lalor or is he done? Big hole to also fill. Watsonia 3rd last at this point in time. They have lost bulk.
